Important International Recognition for the quality of workplace and the development of the Group’s human resources
A new important international recognition has been received by C.A.Papaellinas Group, that, after a research evaluation of its human resources, was certified as a Great Place to Work® for the 2nd consecutive year. This certification reflects the Group’s long-standing commitment to its people for the cultivation of a strong corporate culture that provides equal opportunities for all, as well as equal possibilities for personal development. Always in a workplace where individual skill development is linked to collective goals and joint effort.
Great Place to Work® is an international organisation of research and evaluation of the corporate work environment. It offers certification and recognition to those companies that stand out for the high-trust and high-performing work culture they have built for their employees.
Our Group earned the Great Place to Work® certification after an evaluation of its human resources through the Trust Index® Employee Survey questionnaire. The research focused on five key dimensions that embody the overall employee experience in the workplace:
- management credibility
- respect for employees
- fairness in the work environment
- employees’ pride, and
- camaraderie in the workplace.
With the Group’s timeless mission, “To make more and more people live and feel better”, the Great Place to Work® recognition is consistent with the sustainability strategy of the Group, reaffirming that corporate transformation and business growth are the result of constant investment in the value of human resources.
As stated by Melanie Michaelidou, Director of Human Resources and Sustainability, “This is the second time we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® and we are very pleased to see the positive response of our colleagues. Moreover, the improvement of our results in the survey gives us great pleasure as it proves that we invest in our people and our work environment, and this is being recognised. For us it is a priority to provide a workplace in which there is trust and respect. And together with my colleagues, I feel proud to belong to the C.A.Papaellinas Group.”
