Holland & Barret Cyprus has installed QR codes in its stores in order to disseminate further information to customers about its products.

NEW PROJECTS UNDER STUDY:

In 2021, Holland & Barrett implemented a wide range of reforms, while there are still several plans under discussion. The project that is now under study considers the launch of a Holland & Barrett app, which will be utilized by Wellness Consultants for their personal development and further expertise acquisition. This new tool should be available to Wellness Consultants within 2022.

Holland & Barrett sets the bar high, as it is increasingly incorporating new technologies and policies into its business model, with the aim of continuing to deliver a holistic customer experience with a reduced environmental footprint.
