Monitoring the safety of pharmaceuticals through the pharmacovigilance Service is an ongoing process for us and aims to ensure that all medicines are carefully monitored after their release.
Through pharmacovigilance, we respond to any complaints and offer immediate response, which cannot exceed 24 hours.
