The principles of Corporate Social Responsibility are the basis on which the C.A.Papaellinas Group has developed its business strategy. While focusing on sustainable development, we have mapped out the corporate strategy on four main axes: Market, Society, Environment, Human Resources.

Taking into account the difficult economic climate we are experiencing as a country, we have set priorities and objectives that ensure not only the development of the organisation but also the support of our employees and associates.

Market

In our group, we aim to build trusting relationships with all those we cooperate with: suppliers, partners, customers. These are groups of people with whom we interact, regularly communicate and exchange views. Our business culture is governed by a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.

Society

At C.A.Papaellinas we develop our business within the wider society we interact with. Since 2011 Cyprus has entered one of the most difficult periods of its recent history, both for economic and social reasons. Supporting the social work of various organisations and working with them to jointly implement actions, as well as supporting vulnerable social groups and protecting the environment, is our priority.

The C.A.Papaellinas Group, demonstrating a distinct concern for its human resources, has highlighted as an important issue the provision of benefits linked to individual performance and evaluation Besides the individual contribution, we recognize the importance of teamwork and seek to cultivate a spirit of cooperation and open communication between our staff members. At the same time, we are taking initiatives to ensure that our people work in the safest possible environment. Because of this we consider it crucial to take actions and, in particular, preventative actions. Prevention is the best way to address the safety and health issues of our people.
