Significant Commercial Agreement
Companies CH. A. PAPAELLINAS & CO LTD and UNIFINE TRADING LTD hereby announce that they have reached an agreement that CH. A. PAPAELLINAS & CO LTD takes over the distribution of the products of the famous brand DR FISCHER, for which the company UNIFINE TRADING LTD is the authorised representative in the Republic of Cyprus.
According to the agreement:
From the 1st of February 2010, CH. A. PAPAELLINAS & CO LTD takes over the storage, distribution and merchandising of the said products and UNIFINE TRADING LTD will be responsible for advertising and supporting the same.
