By visiting their customers frequently they ensure prompt and efficient delivery, present new products, implement promotions, work closely with the merchandising team for high quality merchandising service, and improve shelf space.

Merchandising Service
The merchandising team visits all key accounts daily and the rest weekly.
The merchandising team is responsible for maintaining and increasing product exposure.
It also offers constant product rotation to ensure First In First Out shelf storage. In addition through its cooperation with the sales team it is able to identify the performance of their customers and act accordingly.
Marketing Support
The marketing team supports the sales by providing aggressive consumer and in store promotions and trade incentives for space securing and enhancement.
Also it is greatly involved in the negotiation with key accounts regarding space rentals, space allocations and gondola end displays.
