The company’s Sales and Marketing teams play a vital role in the development of the products that it distributes. Papaellinas is currently, a leader in many product categories including Paper products, Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical products and Foodstuffs.

Through constant study and monitoring of Competition, Market Dynamics and in depth Knowledge of the Cyprus market, these teams are committed to implementing the right strategy for each product.

The Marketing department consists of a number of Young, Qualified and Dynamic Staff that is responsible for the Marketing and Promotional support of each product. Much emphasis is also placed on the Development of new Businesses in existing Channels of Distribution.  

Papaellinas sales force ensures a Weighted market coverage level of over 95%. It also calls directly on the vast majority of its customers in order to ensure Optimum Customer Service. Each Sales Representative is responsible for a small number of customers. This is considered among the lowest ratios of customers per Salesman in Cyprus and enables a high frequency of visits.

In addition, a large Team of Merchandisers works closely with the Sales Representatives in order to ensure the best location and the proper Product Display of each Product Line. Furhermore, the Merchandising and Sales teams are responsible for the Efficient Rotation of each product, both on the shelf and in the warehouse of every outlet.

Regarding "Convenience Channels" (mainly kiosk outlets), these are covered by a team of ex-Van salesmen who are responsible for developing the fastest moving lines. This is achieved through frequent visits, resulting in an impeccable level of service, even in small but busy outlets.

Papaellinas has also a team of well trained beauty advisors who promote directly to consumers the cosmetic products that Papaellinas distributes.
