Papaellinas is a company that takes pride in its close relationship with its employees both within and outside the workplace. The company has decided to go one step further by implementing, on its own initiative, a proactive approach with regards to safety in the workplace, a Proactive Safety Approach (PSA)

This initiative aims at prioritising safety as a core value of the company and nurturing a culture of safety amongst its employees.

PSA will be implemented in a number of ways such as through seminars to different groups of employees and through the recording of accidents and near misses at work. The recording of such incidences will not only ensure that accidents are followed up and acted upon but will also prevent near misses from materialising into actual accidents in the future. Coaching and guidance is being provided by an experienced consultant from abroad, Mr Svika Bar Dror who has been working with PSA in other multinational companies.
