Protection of the institution of the family 

For the C.A.Papaellinas Company, the institution of the family is respected and having children is encouraged. In particular the following applies:
  • Extension of the duration of maternity leave to 24 weeks compared with the 18 weeks provided for by the legislation. New mothers can choose to take maternity leave beyond 18 weeks while receiving half their salary.
  • All new parents, both men and women, are provided with coupons worth 80 euros each month until their child reaches the age of 2.5 years for the purchase of children's products.
  • The expenses of medication for parents who face fertility problems.
