After the acquisition of Procter & Gamble cosmetics by Coty in 2016, C.A.Papaellinas Group - a COTY representative in Cyprus since the 1960s, and House of Beauty - a Procter & Gamble cosmetics agent in Cyprus, proceeded to creating a new company, B.C.Butterfly Cosmetics LTD.
B.C Butterfly Cosmetics LTD manages all COTY cosmetics brands except some products which are available exclusively for hairdressers and aesthetics.
Company’s portfolio includes very well-known brands such as Hugo Boss, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Chloe, Davidoff, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Escada, Miu Miu, Roberto Cavalli and others. Also, cosmetic brands such as Bourjois, Rimmel, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, hair care products such as Wellaflex and hair dyes such as Wella Koleston.
The company is represented by C.A.Papaellinas Group with 65% and House of Beauty with 35%, representing the turnover of the two companies in COTY's products. The role of the Director General is undertaken by Eleni Markides, formerly Marketing Director of COTY in Cyprus.
B.C Butterfly Cosmetics Ltd combines, many years of know-how and experience. Also, it has the strong support of the team members of C.A.Papaellinas Group as well as House of Beauty company and exploits the infrastructure of C.A.Papaellinas.
B.C. Butterfly Cosmetics Ltd, is already a protagonist in the cosmetics category in the Cypriot market, since its size ranks among the largest cosmetics dealers in Cyprus.
COTY's goal is to gain first place in the cosmetics industry worldwide, therefore, this is also the main goal of B.C. Butterfly Cosmetics Ltd, in the Cyprus market.
